We are here to support your journey with acupuncture in Reno. We will walk you through the stages necessary to achieve your health goals. Here are some pointers to optimize your acupuncture experience:

• Your first office visit will be an hour and fifteen minutes. Subsequent visits are an 50 minutes. 
   

• Please wear loose-fitting clothes. A drape will also be provided. Please do not wear cologne or perfume in the clinic. Refrain from taking pain medication, coffee, alcohol and cannabis before your treatment.
   

• Come to your treatment well hydrated and eat a light snack or meal within a couple hours of your treatment.
   

• Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service.  Cash, check and credit cards are accepted.
   

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations will be required to pay 50% of fee. No shows will be charged full fee rate. Same day rescheduling is discouraged, but not charged as long as it is possible. 
   

• Dr. Wilder is bilingual in Spanish and English. Se habla Español.
